"Great hotel. First room had very little beach view after paying for ocean view room. Brought to attention of front desk and they allowed us to move. Much improved! Housekeeping was outstanding! "

"Not so pleasant stay at this hotel. Check-in was quick and easy. Upon entering dirt wash cloths and towels. Mattress was built like it was for a jail. Bugs in my first room. Was switched to another room with more bugs. Seeing bugs in my second room, I packed up my things and some w/ the front desk requesting for a refund, I was told to contact hotels.com...they stated they were unable to get in contact with the hotel and offered me a $25 refund. I wouldn't stay here.."
