「Tge place was fantastic, tucked away from the busy noise of the city but still very accessible by foot, bus, or taxi. The kitchen was perfect for what we needed. Its a great spot for a couple, but would be crowded with more people. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the unplugged aspect of it made it even better.」

「Gorgeous, charming house in a cute neighborhood. Perfect mix of traditional Japanese and Western amenities. Fairly close (but hilly) walk to many Kyoto sites and amenities. The perfect place for a small group to have a cozy, relaxing stay in Kyoto. I'd love to stay here again!」

「Stayed here with friends to visit Kyoto. Is a beautiful house and great area for seeing shrines. Definitely in a bit of an uphill neighborhood though, so ordering Ubers can be challenging. Otherwise recommend for any travelers! 」
