"This property was an amazing sight to behold. My wife and I arrived later in the evening and the staff was friendly and accommodating during the entirety of our stay. The surrounding area and property itself is beautiful. My wife and I enjoyed our stay so much that we started discussing returning on a future visit to Japan. "A wonderful, peaceful place to stay! Even our economy room was large and comfortable, and the public baths were immaculately clean. Even though it is not in the more “popular” areas of Kyoto, we found it very easy to navigate transit and found some great nearby restaurants and temples to visit. "
