「I loved the room and view everything was perfect 」

「This property looks nothing like the pictures. Mold on the wall, the floor was sopping wet when I got there. The fridge was dripping water. The shades were missing blinds. Worst of all was the bed! The sheets, pillows, and blankets were very damp and disgusting. Impossible to enjoy a decent nights sleep. Unfortunately I had to leave early due to a personal emergency and gave ample warning to the owner to request a refund of my last day (I booked 3 days and requested to have one day refunded...
