「Construction going on at the property and the communication was a little off but overall safe, fun and right by the beach! Had an awesome time! Would definitely go back.」

「The toilet didn’t really want to flush I had to put my hand in the water part many times to get it to work. When I walked in the room smelled terrible I had to buy things to make it smell good. The refrigerator sounds very bad and the white people called us N but other that the water park was fun for me and my kids」

「My husband, my 6 yo son, and myself had a lovely stay. Pros: the staff was very friendly, plenty of clean towels, Starbucks, the views from the balcony, easy parking, many pools, the bowling alley/arcade, food was good, pool side cocktails. Cons: rooms are outdated and muggy, pools were murky, everything need a good cleaning and be updated, due to Covid the rooms could not be cleaned daily, slow elevators/need more elevators. 「El recibimiento que tuvimos fue ingrato una señora de color , nos trato de muy mala manera, sin dar explicaciones nos mandó a un lugar al otro lado de la calle yo le dije que había reservado en Palace resort pero me repitió al "otro lado de la calle" , tuve que llamar a hotel .com luego regresé al hotel y me recibió otra señora de color muy amable y ya no hubo más problema , 」
