"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this place. Just the right size for the 3 of us. Great location! Music, fire dancing, karaoke!! Lots of fun. Pools. Safe place to let the kids run around."

"Everything was good"

Ocean Plaza Motel

"When i got to the motel I was expecting a ocean view room instead I fot a side view I was told I had to pay an extra charge. Then when I fot to the room, the phone fell apart when I picked up the receiver, there is only 2 lights in the room and one was not working and the TV remote did not work for the TV. I had to ask 3 different times on 2 different days before anything was fixed and I received any fresh linen."

"Room was severely outdated. Room service was alerted multiple times to change our stained sheets and no one showed up. The humidity in the room didn’t allow for our towels or clothes to dry properly. The bathroom fan did NOTHING! Our lamp light went out and never could get it back on. Our microwave would hardly heat up our food. Room was not ready when we arrived and we ended up leaving way before 11 o’clock. I don’t feel like we got our moneys worth whatsoever. We assumed we were getting a kitchen but upon arrival we didn’t see anything that was listed on the pictures on the website. I did make a complaint at the front desk when checking out and she said, “I should have picked the deluxe.” I wouldn’t have known that and that was not made clear on the website. I know this is a public place but it was very disappointing to just smell pot smoke every corner we turned. This whole experience just felt very messy and we felt robbed of the opportunity to have a great time. 0/10 recommend"

"If you are handicap as my husband and I are, this hotel is not handicap accessible. There are no ramps or elevators in the garage leading to designated floors. When we made reservations we were not informed of this, and that the hotel was under renovation. When we arrived we learned that there was no lobby or restaurant open. Reservations and the restaurant were in another building entirely."
