「I stayed here from 8/15-8/19. This hotel is nothing like the pictures. Noisy staff, my room was next door from house keeping, sounded like they were doing construction right outside my room. I ask for a room change, they stated they would change my room and never did. No view means no sunlight room. No view of beach at this hotel. They will give you a room in a spooky dark corner. Room floors were sandy, it had flies, fruit flies, and roaches. Only good thing the bed sheets and towels were...

「The property was in need of an update it wasnt terrible but tiles were broken in the main lobby the door leading to our balcony was in need of repair and had to be persuaded to shut every time. We never seen anyone cleaning the main pool except on the last day of our 6 day stay. Most trash cans were overflowing evvery morning showing that theey had no one cleaning and getting the property ready for the next days activity. We saw a woman from housekeeping mopping the main lobby every morning...

「Loved the view,room was clean only bad thing to say is if you needed extra towels you had to to go to the office to get them no cleaning service. Overall I would recommend」

We have to go two 3 times I asked to clean up the room they said we have to pay additional payment and the TV is not working One of the employee told me I have to figure out how to work.
