It wasn't a bad place to stay it was clean some flaws but not bad i expected to walk out onto the beach as the add stated but wasnt true the beach is although across the street i wiuld stay agin now that i know what to expect it wasnt a bad stay just wasnt what was expected about the beach being a walk out the backdoor

It had a nice beach vibe in a quiet little neighborhood. I loved that we were close to the strip and easy access to the beach.

Nice for the price

Overall it was a decent stay. Clean, spacious, quiet neighborhood. I do feel like the guests are asked to do a bit much as far as the housekeeping aspect while staying there. There are several pages of instructions regarding bringing trash cans to the street for cleaning on a certain day, pulling them back inside to the yard on another, setting house alarm systems, etc. and it was posted that if these things were not complete upon checkout they will file a damage claim on you. Wasn’t a fan of that. We were not provided hand soap, laundry detergent, and only found one pod of dishwasher soap under the sink that was punctured and leaking, however I will say that the owner was very apologetic and communicated very well and in a timely manner as well as refunded us 50 for the inconvenience. It wasn’t bad, unsure if I’d stay again but we still enjoyed it.

Great house not a great area

House was immaculate, communication with owner was phenomenal. Houses in the same little village were okay, but the around surrounding the house is NOT where you want to be with family and little kids. We did not feel safe walking down to the ocean. The beach area close to the house was nothing short of gross. We did not know much about areas of Myrtle beach as this was our first visit but we definitely found out this is not the area where we will be staying next time. Sad for the owner because they have been amazing from booking through checkout and I hated to leave a neutral review but I wish someone else would have mentioned this before we booked.

This was a wonderful cottage for a family of 4. We enjoyed our stay and were able to walk to the beach easily. A/C was excellent!! Cottage was as described 100%. Would definitely recommend.

Girls weekend

The house is beautiful. The AC went out 2x the owners were excellent in their response. Very good communication The only negative was the floors were dirty. After walking barefoot, I realized they need to talk to their cleaning crew

Nice Get Away

We enjoyed our stay the property location was close to downtown which was nice but the downtown area was overwhelming for our toddler during the weekend. We were a short drive from the inlet which was our favorite part of the trip! The property was surface clean but under the beds and furniture was not clean at all.

Fun Girls Vaca!

Property was great! Close to beach and airport! Pool was good and very well taken care of! There were 4 of us in the house and plenty of room! Ubers were very reasonable, no car rental needed! We had a wonderful time!

Overnight stay

The property was well taken care of with all amenities needed for our overnight stay. It was close to the sports arena, dining options and attractions. Responses from the host were very quick and the check-in process easy!

I was in town for a conference, and the house was only 10 minutes from the convention center. Great place, clean and perfect for the 2 of us.

Bachelorette Party

We were celebrating my sisters upcoming nuptials with a small group of friends. The property was very close to the beach. It felt safe walking around. The space was perfect for what we needed.

Great little find!

We stayed over the long Veterans Day weekend! The weather was still warm and beachy! The property is centrally located and a short walk from the beach. There is also a small pool on the Westside of the property that is clean and well maintained. The cottage is simple but more than adequate for a comfy stay. We used Uber and never waited more than a couple minutes for service. The property is also close to the airport. We hope to return sometime. It’s a great little spot!

Nice cottage in a not so nice area

The cottage was nice and as listed. There are a few small ascetics that would make the cottage very nice, such as, new toilet seats and changing out the rusted a/c vents on the lower floor. While the house itself was nice, the surrounding area was terrible. There are two VERY seedy motels right across the street where open drug Beale g is going on, what appears to be prostitution and someone getting savagely beaten early Sunday morning. There were always shady people walking through the parking lot scoping out vehicles and what we were carrying in and out of the house. We actually left a day early because of the beating a received on the balcony of one of the motels.

Good Stay

The place was clean and it was beautiful. Enjoyed my stay and got to relax. It is close to everything. Close to the ocean, restaurants, and walmart. Security was great and we enjoyed the pool. It was more beautiful in person.
