「The best part of our stay was definitely the amenities. The water slides were a lot of fun for our son, the pool area was enjoyable, and having direct access to the beach was a huge plus. 「What makes this property is the friendly staff. A great budget option for being on the ocean and it seems to have a lot of repeat visitors. The newly pictured property is beachfront however the old property is across the street and not worth $200+ a night which was where everyone who booked with Expedia ended up. 「Room said it slept 6, two queen beds, and a cot upon request. It had two queen beds, but the property did not have cots. So 3 adults slept in one bed and two adults and a child slept in the other. All they did was being extra blankets and said we could sleep on the floor. Pool was unavailable to use and green. Said full kitchen and it had a mini fridge and a microwave.
