「pool was freezing and hot tub didn’t work, nobody spoke any English on my location was about a mile from downtown, blinds were broken so unable to use my ocean view!」

「The hotel is not what I expected when it an affiliation with Hilton… very disappointing. The deck leaked, bed extremely uncomfortable, gnats in the bathroom…I felt like I was staying at a Motel 8 or Days Inn. I can say that the chat feature with the hotel was helpful and responsive. I simply made the best of the stay because there were not other rooms available. The hotel was just ok not what I was expecting and the likelihood of staying again is a Zero.」

「I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. There is absolutely no cleanliness, and the advertising is misleading. It supposedly had an indoor pool, which was a lie. The pool is tiny; half of it is indoors. The supposed water park shown in the photos belongs to another hotel, and you have to pay $5 per person to enter. There is no dining service; it was closed. They didn't provide towels for the bathroom, and they never cleaned the room. In my experience, it was absolutely terrible. I will never...

「I really thought this one would be better. The size of the room and the view was great. It was a little dirty. The Lower level. It looked nice in the morning but by lunchtime it was a mess, and often smelled like weed. If you don't mind the smell of weed, or like it, this place is perfect for you.」

「Found a beer can in the room from previous people staying. it’s hard to sit on the toilet because it was very tight and I’m not a big person. The toilet paper roll was broke. They didn’t clean the room until we asked even after the third day. I’d ask for clean towels. The front desk was friendly. Breakfast was nothing to speak of crowded lines.
