「Overall this trip was amazing & your home was beautiful」

「Incredible location, we walked to the beach every day and to walmart and shops. We had to drive to go to waterpark and boardwalk, but parking was only twone dollars an hour. Nice, quiet and clean neighborhood too. Cons: beds were loud and old. Need replacement. Kitchen had very little pots and pans or utensils. One pan we found was dirty with food all over it in the cabinet. Couch and recliner equally old and worn out. I know if we had left the property in that condition we would've been charged...

「Dina was so wonderful to book with! This house was perfect for our family of 3! The location was a fun golf cart ride from the beach and was in a quiet area of the campground! We loved every minute of the trip and will be booking with Dina again in the future.」

「Very nice little condo! Parking a little confusing upon arrival. Park in the temporary parking, unload the car and go to your room first. Key card gets you in the parking garage which is two streets behind you. Security guard is very helpful if you have questions. Pizza place was closed. Bummer. All in all a great place for a weekend getaway.」

「The house was clean, well stocked, and just a short walk to the beach. The only complaint I have is that the check in process was unnecessarily complicated. Even though access was through a door code, we were required to check in and check out at the property management office which was about a 25 minutes drive from the house. The office staff was very friendly and helpful, it just seemed pointless to have to drive that far for a process that could have easily been done completely online.」

「We rent the ground floor of the duplex. This place was very clean. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Enjoyed the pool, no one else was renting at the time we were there. The outdoor covered sitting area was great, as it rained most of our stay. The owner was very responsive. I had to call him because the code on the door didn’t work, but he picked up first ring and had it fixed within a minute or so.」

「The room had a kitchenette and was stock with all the pots and pans and utensils that we needed. Staff was very friendly.」

「Construction going on at the property and the communication was a little off but overall safe, fun and right by the beach! Had an awesome time! Would definitely go back.」

「the bathroom door only opened half way, and the fridge door opened by the bathroom so you had to step into bathroom doorway to open the fridge. Smoke policy really needs to be addressed. This could be a lovely resort if things are corrected.」
