サウス マートル ビーチのホステル

「Could be more clean.」

「Dinghy, dirty, parking is expensive. People with pets get the worst rooms. Our faucet at the sink barely ran. The bathroom door was peeling from moisture. The bed was the worst mattress we ever slept on. It actually has plywood holding it up! Parking is expensive for such a place. The hotel is on the beach which is nice but the pool is a dark small area under the hotel and not inviting. They had two fire pits and they were broken. The only nice part of the hotel was the lobby and the breakfast....

「Staff were ok, one or 2 staff took time to be extra kind. But the rest were not friendly at all. I feel that cleaning staff should deliver new towels to exchange. We should not have to take our towels downstairs. I also think they could do a better job of sweeping and mopping pet friendly rooms. Dog hair and dust bunnies EVERYWHERE and the rooms stunk horribly of dirty dogs. Updates made to the rooms were if shoddy workmanship. Our bathroom door looked like a pet was left in the bathroom and it...

「Super friendly and helpful front desk staff. Our villa was very clean and close to amenities on the property. Will definitely stay here again!」

「Beach view is very beautiful」

「The check- in service was great. Room wasn't what I was expecting, but it was a place to sleep and the staff that checked us in were very kind. Son did get a small metal piece of something in his foot in the pool twice. It may have been from the sand in the pool. It is a calm area. Could use some upgrades to kitchenettes, but over all not to bad」
