Very unique property. Best feature was that every unit is oceanfront, just steps to the beach. Pool was overcrowded (but this is typical for peak season). Overall seems they have upgraded it since being the Reef, but fell short in many ways (damaged dresser, bad overall room painting/quality etc). Was decent for the price.

On the surface the property shows well enough. We checked in on a Wednesday night. Room was spacious. Only one uncomfortable desk chair. Could use more chairs. The weather stripping needs replaced. I was surprised that bugs were getting. So kudos to the property management on that one. The young lady that checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. We were told at check in that if we needed to exchange towels to bring the dirty ines to the front desk, that we would receive fresh towels. So we brought towels down, I checked a couple of times, still no towels. 3:30 in the afternoon I noticed the housekeeping team was pushing a cart of fresh towels. I asked if i could get 4 fresh towels. She was hesitant and told me not to tell the front desk or she would be in trouble. Not sure why. Isn't that part of being a housekeeper, to help guests? The room was clean, beds were semi-comfortable. Bathroom could use an exhaust fan and towel racks. It was an ok stay. Not sure that we would stay again.

Property location, beach view and beach access was beautiful. Service was horrible staff refuse to clean rooms, bath linen was not replenished had to bring soiled linen to concierge desk and wait for it to be laundered , water pressure low, unable to regulate thermostat, and there were no doors throughout the two bedroom unit.

The room was not what I booked, we were cramped and no privacy, the clerk said the pictures I showed her was of a corner condo, not the room we had at all! I will not be using Expedia again! This app is very deceiving and ruined our family vacation, not good at all.

Upon check in we were instructed that we had to wear a plastic water proof wrist band and we could not remove them because we would have to pay $10 per band. I was told I needed to pay a higher deposit than my email stated or I could pay $39.95 for a non refundable deposit. They honored the email amount. I asked if we could check out the room. We entered the let out couch had a dirty mattress, sand, food and other things on it. I was informed that housekeeping could clean the mattress. The stove was busted and I was told that it could be handled the next day. The air in the bedroom was not working and I was told it would be handled the next day. The GM Robert immediately said I’m not giving you a discount and you’re not getting your money back. After letting him know I wasn’t satisfied he finally agreed to only charge me for a night. I have yet to get my refund from 7/10/25. I have tried contacting them several times and usually don’t get an answer when i finally did I was told that if they are busy they don’t answer the phone. I will never ever recommend or stay here! I hope that if you’re reading this that you take heed run fast!!!!!! 😞 They tried to ruin my vacation!!! Sarah/Stacy was kind 😊 only good thing about this place!!

I’ve never stayed anywhere where you have to take care of your own dirty towels and take them to the front desk and wait for them to wash more before you can have any. And on top of that, I had to beg for them. I decided to pay the $39.95 for incidentals instead of them holding $250 from my bank account only to learn that they were trying to steal money from my account afterwards, in small to large increments. They tried to steal $5 then $8 then $10 then $40 then $50 and then $60 but my bank flagged it because it looked suspicious. I never allowed or agreed for them to keep my card information on file as I didn’t pay for my room with that particular card, I only paid the $39.95 incidental fee. There were piss stains and who knows what other stains on the bed and the room reeked of stale piss as well. The stove was still on once I turned the knob off.! Tremendous safety hazard!! I will never stay here again. Beware of this dirty hotel with an unsafe stove and management team who steal money from your bank account!!!

The property was okay. I really liked the view of the beach and enjoyed the swimming pool, along with the different amenities the hotel provides. However, there were a couple of frustrating issues. The A/C was very noisy, which made it hard to sleep at night. Most disappointing was being charged $144 for missing towels. I actually returned all towels to the room before checkout and even sent photo proof, but the charge still wasn’t removed. It left a bad impression, especially after an otherwise decent stay.

All in all was a decent property but I didn’t like no housekeeping from Friday til Monday. Door lock didn’t work when we first arrived they had to work on it not to mention I paid early check in fee and still had to wait til they got it fixed. Had to go to front desk everyday for towels. I don’t like the lies from the pictures on website and actual room. On website your shown a full stove refrigerator etc. in reality it’s a flat top, a college dorm room refrigerator, no space in living room my son is 6 3’ and he needs space the living room was the size of a bathroom it look like someone just carved out a way to make some quick money for the price I will never return hallways smells like dirty and we’re nasty. No one cleans in this place windows we’re disgusting water leaking in room from rope of ceiling it was just too much going on and then don’t ask for new towel and wash cloths you literally have to bring the old ones down and they count them in front of you and that’s what you get back I ended up buying a pack of wash cloths on my own. Overall never again glad it’s over was not worth the money at all

Room 701, 2bd rm and separate living space. Plenty room for my 5 year old to run around and the beds slept comfortable. Those were the only 2 good things. The floors were so DIRTY that after only 20 mins in the room. The bottom of my 5 year old son feet looked like he had walked on black coals all year. We had to clean the floors 3 times ourselves. To get them decent. Only saw 2 elevators and you have to wait on elevators at least 5-10 mins. Upon check out 1 elevator was broken. So we had to take the stairs from the 7th floor down. We stayed for a couple of days and had to literally beg 3 housekeepers and front desk for more towels. All housekeepers said they had none to give. Front desk said we had to wait on laundry. But we never ended up getting anymore. So bring your own extras!! We didn't have a remote for living space tv so we had to keep getting up to turn channels and adjust volume. Expedia said 42 in SMART tvs. But no smart tvs!!. Guess thats expedia fault and not the hotels though.

There was absolutely no water pressure to the point where the shower was unusable. The owner parked his car in the drop off area for days at a time. The parking area is extremely tight.And made it very difficult to get in and out. They do not have enough parking for the whole hotel. You must park in an overflow away from the hotel. The hotel restaurant is extremely expensive. It was twenty four dollars for twelve wings. The thermostat in the room did not work. You are unable to turn the temperature up or down. It was freezing in our room and we had to regulate it with the sliding glass door.

The property was as described with no issues. Pools were clean and bar area downstairs too. All the staff were polite. I would say only a couple issues. Bring your own reusable plates/bowls for rooms. There is a sink to wash them but no dishware or washing liquid in the room i was in. Also a couple of times the cleaning staff came in, took every towel and would leave only 1 ans 1 wash cloth then another day it would be full (week long stay). But the next it would be different so unsure if its how different staff prepare rooms or what at times.Overall it wasn't bothersome but may be for those traveljng with groups of people. I would stay here again though as it was quiet and peaceful in the hotel!
