King Oceanfront Room was spacious, clean, and updated with wooden floors. We requested the safe in the room to be fixed twice, but still did not work. The entrance door panel was broken and hanging the whole time we stayed. The bathroom was spacious, and the towels were thick and soft. The shower pressure was excellent. The king bed was very comfortable, the sheets were soft, and the comforter was perfect. The lazy river was quite dirty, but we spent most of our time at the beach. The adult pool was clean and upkept. The lobby attendants were kind and helpful. Loved the daily cookies, but had NO coffee in the lobby, which was a major downfall. We used Uber to get around as this is not close to many restaurants or bars.

My card was charged over an extra 773$ and the room had no hot water our entire 3 night stay even though I mentioned it when concierge texted about how the room was . The only positive was Carrie at the front desk when I called about my the extra charges was very nice .

Don’t go off season. The pools were dirty and filled with wasps. No clean towels. Had to go all over to find towels. Fitness center was subpar. The check in process is extremely confusing as the registration is in between two hotels. Paying a resort fee is ridiculous because nothing was operating or clean. The market was closed and you had to walk back to registration to get food or drinks. Not a very convenient place. The airport is right behind the hotel so if you have a room on the top floor it is very loud when the planes fly by. The best part was the ocean view but every hotel has the same views. I wouldn’t pay the price . The registration staff are not very friendly and didn’t ask how anything was at checkout. Overall we will not be coming back. I’m actually shocked that people pay the prices they do for this resort.

My stay at the hotel was overall satisfactory. The room was clean, and the hotel’s cleanliness and accommodations met expectations. Staff was professional, and everything I needed was available. No complaints about the room or the facilities.
