「I typically choose Vrbo because I value the comfort and feel of a home rather than a hotel. Unfortunately, this stay missed the mark in that regard.While the location and ease of access were convenient, the overall comfort was lacking. The bedding, towels, and basic supplies felt extremely low quality. There were only two bath towels provided for two people for a three-night stay, and the bed had a plastic feeling mattress cover that made sleeping uncomfortable.The pillows were made of torn foam...

「I booked a stay, and my credit card was charged without any issues. However, on the day of check-in, they claimed that my card declined the security deposit payment. Instead of notifying me, they canceled my booking, leaving us stranded. Strangely, I saw the security deposit charge as pending, and when I contacted my credit card company, they confirmed that there were no issues on their end.」
