"5泊しました。とても満足です！地下鉄の各駅はもちろん、LIRRの駅(グランドセントラル)も徒歩圏内だったので空港のアクセスも完璧でした！ 設備は最低限ですが、寝るだけであれば十分すなると思います。冷蔵庫もあり、水圧も問題なし、タオルもしっかり用意してくれていました。タンスがあったので荷物の整理もしやすかったです。タイムズスクエアから近いので夜は少し騒がしいときもありましたが、睡眠に支障はありませんでした。 ホテルのスタッフもにこやかで、とても気持ちの良い滞在になりました。また利用したいです。ありがとうございます。"

"Shower head was broken"

"寒くて暖房をお願いしても冷房のみだと断られ、睡眠が布団もなくたくさん重ね着で、10日間過ごしました。 またデポジットの説明もなく、800ドルクレジットきられ 少々揉めました。 アウトの際、フォリオを請求し、頂けましたが、印字の証明はしっかり渡して下さい。 場所は利便性高く良かったです。"

"I’m a returning guest, and the front desk and café staff were very kind and welcoming. However, there were a few issues with the room. Even when the sheets became dirty, they were not always changed during the daily cleaning. There were also several occasions where items like glasses and bath mats were not replenished. As I was staying for an extended period, I would have appreciated having the room vacuumed more regularly. In addition, the water pressure in the shower was quite weak and the water temperature was not very hot, which made using the shower inconvenient. That said, the location is very convenient."

"朝食付きなのに漏れていた。受付に確認などの手間がかかった！2日目も漏れていた。 スリッパ、ポット、バスローブなどそういったサービスは全くありません。"

"とにかく立地が良い。タイムズスクエアの中心と言っていいかと思う。どこへ行くにも便利。ホテルのモーニングやスタッフの対応もとても良かったです。"
