Hyatt Grand Central New York
The hotel was great. You can tell that it is not a brand new hotel, but it was super nice. Considering it is in downtown, the room was spacious. The bathroom is a bit cramped, but overall, I loved it. Guest services was awesome. I will stay again.

Global Luxury Suites at The Arches
Customer service was prompt addressing any initial issues accessing the building. Shower water pressure was great and all appliances worked. It was a bit of an unusual layout and and well worn from lots of use. Also could smell cannabis from neighboring rooms even though it says smoke free ...

Radio City Apartments
Everything looked very clean, except for a hair found on the top of my comforter and the carpet looked old. Other than those two things, the stay was excellent. Perfect location in Times Square; close to everywhere we wanted to go. There's also a lovely Italian restaurant connected to the hotel.
