"Likes: Beds were very comfortable. Dislikes: Bath didn’t drain properly which meant both guests couldn’t use it. Took a while to fix. There was no kettle or tea/coffee in room. Was provided on request but the milk/creamer tasted bad. The room temperature was not well regulated. Too cold at times. ..."
