"Horrible experience, staff doesn't prepare your room at all before your arrival. When we checked in and opened the door, found a surprise with the pee stains on the toilet seat and dirty bathroom, so we had to ask them and wait 10-15 min before we can use the toilet after 3 hr trip to this place, also asked to change the bed sheets, because of stains and burnt spots on sheets. During the evening, had to kill a cockroach and couple of long bugs from sewer in shower. But the real nightmare was above us (we were in 116 room) on the second floor, we couldn't sleep all night due to couple of drunk crackheads arguing and fighting with each other and guy came out and was sitting on staircase and yelling on the phone all night, hitting their door and trying to get inside. I couldn't even call frontdesk because the landline phone on night stand is not working at all. Very unsafe place. Hot tub is dirty with tons of flakes in water. Worst night and motel ever!"

"$18 for parking in the mountains with plenty of empty spaces seem unreasonable. shower head rigged to save water, sprays low volume, low pressure. Gap in window screen that allowed bugs to get in. Really loud AC unit. "
