"This place is absolutely accommodating. I booked this hotel/room for my kids and my daughter lost her wallet on the way from Orange County to San Jose. By the time they checked in, she doesn't have any credit cards but the manager accommodated them due to unfortunate circumstance, BIG thanks to the hotel I am glad they did let my kids checked in since I was out of the country travelling. "The hotel is located in a quiet area, we enjoyed sleeping there. The sofa is small more like a loveseat that fits 2 people only, we reserved 4 people. the carpet had stains, and it looked outdated. I was hoping for a good hot breakfast, maybe in the future as the Hotel is under renovation. "
