「This house was perfect for us, our kids, and grandkids. Quiet upstairs for sleeping children, nice big kitchen, large dining table in and out and a great little pool for kid fun! It felt like home. Also, the manager was very available for questions and suggestions. Very helpful. If in the area again we would rent this property. Thanks for a perfect spot!」

「The unit is fine. The management company is inexperienced, sign in process is very cumbersome and the uploaded documents failed each time to be received, had to be texted separately each time. The Wi-Fi password did not work at my initial stay and when I stayed a second time in the space the same Wi-Fi error still exists in their welcome package. I have used my wife’s Vrbo account to stay in several other places so much easier than this management company. I had plumbing issue the first I...

「Our family went down to Palo Alto to watch our daughter’s senior recital. So we had parents, aunt and uncles and grandparents, also including our three-year-old niece. Great house for the family together, Cook, and generally hang out. The gardens were spectacular and delightful to walk through into the house.Very good communication from the management. The only issue we had was the barbecue grill was not clean and ready to be grilled on. But they apologized and said they would get it fixed up...

「I booked my trip for a Thursday to Tuesday. Stay, I needed to change my booking to a shorter time and the host was very prompt and considerate of the changes. I needed the booking for an event at the convention center and it was only 8 mins away. The neighborhood is beautiful and the house.Was very comfortable and accommodating. Not once did I have to worry about checking in or the booking going smoothly. I high recommend this host and would defently stay again if needed」

「Awesome thank you 」

「With the 4 bedrooms and 2 bath, we had a nice family reunion in San Jose. Lots of space and conducive to family togetherness. Clean and easy to navigate. Close to the things we wanted to enjoy. 」

「What a wonderful home, not just a property! We celebrated a Stanford graduation here, and the location was great for all our dining and campus activities. The house is tastefully and thoughtfully renovated, and it is equipped with everything you would need for a visit. The gardens are an additional and inviting living space with fragrant roses and jasmine. Annette and Cathy were very helpful and great communicators. What a treat to have made this a PA dream home for a few days!」

「The guesthouse is exactly as described. Clean, quiet, well-appointed, and non-fussy. The bed was comfortable, which is really all that mattered (to me). The shower was actually nice with body wash provided. While there is no sink (face basin), it is not that big a deal and, for me, wasn't be a deal breaker. I would absolutely stay there again. Thank you so much! You provided a perfect solution for a quick stay.」

「Great stay for family of 8. 20 min walk to stadium. Neighborhood park across the street w/ volleyball court. Owner was helpful when we couldn’t get reception for TV, (need to use your phone internet). I couldn’t find a broom or dust pan to sweep up a bit. Also bring detergent if you need to wash a load and Keurig coffee pods if you’re a coffee drinker.」

「We stayed at this house with three adults and two children. There was plenty of room and beds for everyone, the house was clean and the community was very nice. There’s a large shopping center with restaurants and a grocery store within a two minute drive from the house. There is also a community pool that was easy to access. Garage parking is included with the rental which was great. Communication with the owner was very easy also. If we come back to the area, I would definitely book this house...
