"We had a good time at this property. There are some pluses and minuses. Among the positive features are the location (close to Castro street and El Camino Real), the property manager, the internet speed and the well equipped kitchen. However, the furniture in the living room and bathroom is outdated (the bed does not even have a headboard) and there is no parking in the property. It was challenging to park on the street, particularly during the holidays."

"The place was as advertised and really nice. It was getting in that was the issue--multiple codes to get into the garage, the elevator, and into the unit. Without the patient help of Maria at Latch, we might not have figured it out and gotten in."

"Great apartment in a very nice complex! Comfortable beds with nice common room furnishings. Our only complaint was the keyless app used for all of the locks. It was cumbersome and very annoying."

"The apartment was very clean and we really enjoyed staying there. However, the after-hours check-in was not smooth since the key they left for the main complex did not work and neither did the garage key to open the gate to the private parking area. A call to the after hours number helped me open the main complex with a code and they contacted the property manager to come back with a working key in the lockbox that evening (the manager did not follow up on this).
