「Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, and I appreciate the staff’s hospitality. However, I would like to provide some feedback that I hope will help improve the guest experience. 「our stay was superior..well located to beaches....and harbor, room was large and high ceilings,,(second floor room) large and high end tv (even my wife was impressed..had a bit of a problem getting the wifi going(my fault) after contacting the management issue was cleared up immediately! ie. the password...would definitely stay at this property again if in Santa Cruz....tx so much pc」
