The dinner buffet was very good in quality and spread, thoughtfully planned for international and local guests. The onsen here is one of the cleanest so far. I wish the towels are provided at the onsen baths instead of us carrying ours there. "

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing — perfect for enjoying the beauty of Lake Toya. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!"

"Great breakfast options. Japanese, western or buffet. I chose western. Premium fresh fruits, pastries, famous Hokkaido milk, different juices and many more. The outdoor onsen is beautiful. Our room with lake view, we could see the lakeside fireworks at night and beautiful sunrise in the morning. The best of all, they let us check in early since our room is ready. And the check out time is not till 12 pm. White gloves staff services through out the hotel. The room is extremely clean. We would definitely will come back. "
