Keeping in mind everything is just smaller in Japan, that would be my only con is there really is no floor space with 4 beds but other than that I have no complaints. "1) Fridge was not cold at all 2) Public bath was out of service and it doesn't seem that the hotel owner planned to renovate anytime soon 3) There was only one room key 4) The drying machine was not cleaned/maintained properly by the staff, so our clothes were still wet after an hour's drying. We paid about 40,000 yen per night for this terrible service and facility, and I'm wondering why the hotel has the audacity to claim itself a 3-star? "

Complimentary water bottles every day were greatly appreciated. Public Bath was amazing, originally sceptical but once I experienced it once, I went every night I could. Room was cleaned daily and to a very high standard, shower was phenomenal, some of the best water pressure I’ve ever had. Overall, a great experience and one I’d definitely return to. "
