「The resort was very clean with friendly staff. We enjoyed complimentary s'mores and pink lemonade. There are several food options at the resort. The trolley to Dollywood was quick and easy.」

「Their sign says “older than some, cleaner than most”. They ain’t lying. It’s like stepping back in time (meant as a compliment) and very very clean. 」

「Evening staff was amazing. The lobby was really nice and smelt amazing. As you make your way through the hotel you start to see some issues. The carpet through the hallways was starting to come up. The flooring in the elevator looked horrible because it was ripped all over and they tried to cover it with a rug. There was mold around the shower in the room. The plug ins were coming out of the walls and half of them did not work. The safety lock on the doors were sketchy and did not seem too safe....

「Room was clean. Beds not too comfy, but I am particular. I would book again. It's great for the price. Still a really nice hotel. Just remember to leave your towel tickets somewhere in the room I think if they don't find them in there it's $40 a towel. The chlorine was really good. Hopefully I will be able to go back next year. 」

「They were remodeling none of the ice machines worked there was a 2 inch gap at the bottom of the door so the lights from the hallway shined in all night breakfast was average waited over an hour for coffee still didn't get any 」
