The Staff Is The Nicest People You Would Ever Meet. The water pressure in the rooms is really strong. If the shower sprays is a bit too strong for your skin just don't pull the tub device all the way up so the pressure is not as strong.
The facility was clean, but all inside the rooms were outdated and furniture in the room was outdated and worn. The walls had I don’t know what on them, but they needed painting and attention. The balcony was a nice feature; however, one chair was broken and the last night we were supposed to stay we had to leave early because the neighbor through out feces, covered towels. We immediately packed our bags and went to the office and informed them of the situation requesting a refund for that night after contacting Expedia and their contacting the office manager they did agree to a partial refund. The manager did call me from the hotel to verify the situation, which I did And told them I had pictures which I showed to the hotel attendant. I will never stay at this hotel again. Additionally, when I checked out the hotel and was looking for a place to stay for my birthday week and checking out this particular hotel, everything looked great. However, the website is not conducive. The hotel and area is reflected winter arrived.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Half of the room was occupied by a huge hot tub. I'm assuming that was extra because the water was not turned on. No problem, a hot tub with a large mirror is not really our style.
The rear balcony was a nice place to sit overlooking the Little Pigeon River. Two plastic chairs were available, one broken. A random lamp globe was abandoned on the balcony. The tiny glass table was not cleaned.
The staff smiled a lot, but after our purse was snatched, in the 3 minutes between exiting the room and arriving at the car, and returning back to the room in our anxious search, the manager questioned our intent to call the police and report the incident instead of questioning the staff and calling the police on our behalf. It was too slick, and too fast. The manager was unconcerned about the violation of the guests, if not complicit, in the incident. The lost cell phone, fully charged, was offline within minutes so there was no chance of tracking the stolen purse. The Sevierville police responded quickly and were very thoughtful and professional.
Nice stay . Everything was as expected. Sheets were too small for the bed . Had to clean hot tub . Everything else was nice ! Best seafood restaurants in Gatlinburg is conveniently across the street ,
This is a very clean, well maintained basic hotel. The room was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. You couldn’t beat the price for the facility. Great basic hotel for low key stay.

It’s on the river and there’s ducks to feed, real peaceful. You could also fish and there’s a near by walkway by the river. Only one elevator, pool is on the small side, parking is not enough for a 4 story hotel, people in the office are nice.
I think that photos of the property were fake, the size of the pool was a joke, the view to the river was bad. Overall poorly maintained and bad smell in the room. The staff was very kind, friendly and she dress nicely.
If only people would abide by the no smoking rule ! There were young couple next to us that were smoking pot out on the balcony:( another 2 older gentlemen were out in back by the ducks smoking their cigarettes… WHY CANT PROPLE BE RESPECTFULLY!! Other than not being able to enjoy our balcony due to smokers , it was fine . The housekeeping was always there knocking to see if we needed anything .. DONT FORGET GO TIP THR HOUSEKEEPERS ! They work hard to keep things clean
