"Overall everything was very good, however a few things could have been better. The fireplace in the room was already cut off for the season even though the temperatures got down into the 40s at night, and the lobby fireplace was still operational. This was one reason I booked the certain room with the fireplace. The shower didn’t have a seal on one side of the door, so it ran into the floor and soaked the bath mat. The lighted Market Street sign hanging outside was so bright it made it look like dawn all night (maybe some room darkening curtains or something?) Upon check in, Chloe was outstanding! She was very helpful and accommodating. The rooftop pool and bar was great. "

"This property is amazing. The grounds are beautiful, the inside is well kept. It smells clean when you walk in. We will definitely be back! The breakfast was great as well!"

"The first room that we were put in when we got to the hotel had dirty linens in the drawers and dirty towels in the floor of the room, the shelf that holds the hangers and on top of the fridge and microwave had trash on it. We went and talked to the staff and they switched us rooms the first thing that we noticed was there were holes in the walls, and the toilet handle was broken off we took pictures and showed the staff we said we could deal with it that night and he said it would be fixed the next morning. It wasn't when we got back to our room that evening I talked to staff again and they did send someone right away the issue was that even though he put a flush valve on it wouldn't flush. Later that evening I was getting into bed and the headboard completely fell off and hit me exposing the screws. This was the worst hotel experience that my family has ever had."

"Very clean Hotel. Looks moderen and new but still at an agressive price point especially compared to the older hotels in town! Definitely recommend. And there’s a bar at the lobby too! Was told front desk is always open too so that’s great if you want to have a night out late "
