「移動途中に急遽宿泊したので行き当たりばったりでしたが、部屋の変更をしていただいたり親切に対応頂きました。朝食が7時からと遅く、7時まではロビーにも入れなかったので、早く出発したかったのに少々困りました。スキーリゾートとして訪れる方には良い立地だと思います。部屋の防音が良くなく、周囲の宿泊者の方々の音が気になりました。」

「Staff were friendly and check in/out was quick. We stayed in the dome. Nights were cool so there was a heater (air conditioner for summer). Bath houses were clean and they provided towels and mat in the dome. The lobby had pizza for dinner (Papa Murphy's and an oven to cook it in). Must be cooked by 7pm when office closes. 「This establishment was wonderful! Beautiful area, quiet, relaxing. The pool and gym were amazing and the bar! The staff, the food and the atmosphere were fantastic at the bar! The only thing that was lacking goes more to the general area but we did experience it at the hotel as well. When we checked in we experienced a bit of bad customer service. The attitude of the hotel person was not acceptable probably due to her own attitude and beliefs but this is 2025! She was a bit rude, snobby and...
