"This was our first trip with our son, he’s 7 months old and had a blast. The pools were wonderful. Food was delicious. Staff was so helpful and friendly. We went based on recommendation from my husbands parents who took my husband when he was 10 years old. 0 years later it seems like it’s just as great as it was then! "

"Room was great. Sheets need to be replaced because they are starting to look old. Steak house over rated. Food was ok. Staff at the steak house was not very friendly. All other dinning places were good and staff was very nice and friendly. Entertainment was great. Staff and entertainers made it fun and enjoyable. I had a great time. I will return and recommend this hotel to friends/family. "

"Hotel is a bit dated compared to the other resorts but very clean. We had a three bedroom/ 2 bath suite which had two rooms without a view and the main bedroom with a balcony and view. Kitchen has everything to prepare meals but we had the all inclusive package and didn’t use it. Living room is spacious with an ocean view balcony as well. A lounger on the balcony would have been nice. The service is phenomenal!! Staff everywhere is helpful and friendly. We had mo issues getting loungers by the pool but the towel system is very inconvenient to the guests. Guests are required to go to the first pool area for a beach towel with a card you get at check in and have to return the towel to get your card back. The food is good but not great. Also, it is almost too hot (in May) to sit and eat breakfast at the beachside buffet. The other restaurants were hot as well and it uncomfortable to eat while hot. A suggestion, it would have been helpful to have the calendar of activities before arriving to plan around events we wanted to be at. Overall, I would stay again and would recommend to friends and family "

"I went by myself and felt very safe. The staff always kept an eye on me and did everything they could to make it a great experience. I absolutely will go back here. Their part of the beach is very beautiful! The only thing I didn’t like is that the native people are allowed to come around on the beach and try to sell you stuff… cups, sunglasses, hats. I didn’t want to be hounded to buy stuff I didn’t want or need. But I can’t say enough good things about the staff! It was a clean resort. Drinks were good. Food is pretty good. I drank the non bottled water and ate the ceviche and fruit. Didn’t get sick whereas I previously had at other resorts. "
