"Our stay at this resort was spectacular! It started out with an unexpected room upgrade. They were out of the double queen bed rooms so we were given two joining king rooms at no extra charge. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Throughout our stay all the resort staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The water park, our main reason for this trip, was awesome. We loved the lazy river most. We highly recommend The Arizona Grand Resort & Spa. We will definitely be returning in the future."

Food from the restaurant at the water park was good with big portions and was appropriately priced for poolside food delivery at a resort. Housekeeping services were great and they also brought us extra pillows and blankets quickly when we requested. We couldn't have asked for anything to be better."
