「Highly recommended for the overall experience and range of amenities. The rooms were modern, recently updated, clean and functional. View of the mountain was splendid. 「Probably the best spa hotel I have stayed at in my life. Way better than what's offered in Canada, for sure. The room was fantastic, clean and it had a large balcony looking into the woods. The best part was the outstanding breakfast and dinner! Service was outstanding and bilingual. Clearly very significant funds were spent to build this spa hotel and I can see value in the nightly price given the superior experience!」

「Every yeat we stay at Regnum hotel and it is always perfect. They have made renovation of the main hall and it looks beautiful. Since we always book family apartment with kitchen, there are plates, glasses but never any dishes to make food - sinple soup or pasta. 」

「This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience. 」

「We paid for a room with all inclusive. The food was very delicious and diverse. The spa centre was clean, not overly crowded and spacious. The spa aria is on two floors , there are several steam baths and saunas. We like the outside pool and jacuzzi because of the hot water and the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage is that after dinner there isn’t entertainment for the guests ,like a play room, especially when you’re in Bansko out of the season. One...
