The staff was super responsive to any of our needs (and had no language barrier). The room was clean and updated. For it being a new hotel, it ran amazingly smooth. I would totally stay here again."

"The roof top pools are simply Amazing. Stunning and worth the stay. The rooms are very large and clean and nicely designed. Room service was wonderful. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint is that check in and checkout is very long and unorganized. I waited 3 times in line for half an hour each time to check in. We arrived at 10:30 am and I ended up getting my room at 3:30 pm! They did check our luggage and the free shuttle downtown was nice but a ten minute walk from main attractions. I would stay there again and highly recommend the rooftop pools if you can expect to wait a long time to check in. Spa facilities in the basement are also a nice touch."
