I want to start by saying that my overall experience at this hotel was okay. The staff was great and very friendly. We were given Room 603, which was very modern, clean, and nice. The room was small, but that was not a problem for us since we were only staying for two nights. The location was also very convenient, as it was close to the places we were visiting in Athens. The main issue we experienced was that our room did not have any windows. The heater was on, and there was no proper ventilation, which made the room extremely hot. We were sweating a lot and felt very uncomfortable. We went to the front desk three times asking for help. One of the girls at the front desk was clearly frustrated but tried her best to assist us. Unfortunately, the issue could not be resolved right away. we even contacted Expedia, but they were waiting for the hotel manager to call us back, and no immediate solution was offered. Because of this, we decided to leave the hotel. However, just as we were ready to go, a staff member came to our room and explained to us that he needed permission from the manager who wasn't onsite to toggle the hvac controls to allow the room to receive AC,he manually adjusted the heater.we were able to get some sleep, although the temperature was still not completely comfortable. The second night was even hotter, but we managed to sleep despite the discomfort. Overall, the hotel was okay, but the lack of ventilation and the heating issue made our stay less enjoyable

Loved this hotel. Rooms were very clean, hotel itself was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. They let us check in 3 hours early for no additional cost. Water and coffee was restock daily in our room and towels were changed everyday as well. We received an email from them a few days before we arrived asking if there was anything they could do to make our stay better. I asked for a 2nd blanket for the pull out bed as our kids would be sharing a bed and don't do well with sharing blankets. Not only did we have an extra blanket for them, but also extra pillows as well. Nice Central location, about a 20 minute walk from everything. Easy to get to by Metro from the airport. Breakfast was great although the selection was the same every day but I'm not going to complain to much about that. Rooms were a decent size and I would stay here again in the future if we come back to Greece.

The room was spotless with free refreshments such as water, tea coffee and crackers. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. We had some minor issues with the keyless entry but some glitches are expected with a new property. The location is spectacular!

I had an awesome stay! What stood out was the cleanliness of the room, staffing was so helpful when asked about what to do and see around there, and the free amenities in the room starting with a free drink when you arrive to a bottle of wine and a bottle of water waiting in the room.
Restaurant and bar in the hotel was awesome and descent prices
Bathroom was straight out of the movies of rich homes
The bed was great and had a plug in for the iPhone so didn’t even use my charger

First of all, the staff are very helpful and kind. They are young and fresh minded. We really appreciated the service particularly the attitude of ms Eleni who guided us throughout our short stay and made us feel at home. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Athens and accessing the places to visit is very easy. The room is clean and tidy.

New hotel, very clean, good security to reach your floor and to access your room. Staff was very friendly, nice breakfast, good variety. Central location to Monastiraki Square and Syntagma Square, close to eateries, ice cream shops, market and shopping. The room was comfortable with coffee maker & supplies including various teas, mini fridge, mini bar, toiletries, hair dryer and a clothes steamer. The only critique I have is the lack of storage, one small closet and two small drawers.

Staff was amazing!! Breakfast was to die for!! The hotel was in an excellent location in the heart of Athens right across from the acropolis. One issue was that there were some problems with the door handles and locks on the rooms. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars!! They also helped arrange transportation from the airport and then to the port to leave for our cruise which was extremely helpful! Service was above and beyond!
