"First thing i have to say is, the Staff was INCREDIBLE. They were very friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about them. As for the hotel itself? Garbage. Our first room, the AC didn't work and it was high 80°F to mid 90°F the entire trip. The bathroom had a large tub with NO kind of shower curtain so water got all over the place. "Really amazing hotel in the centre of Sunny Beach - it’s close to everything - restaurants, Bars, shops and the beach. It can be a bit noisy at night from the clubs. The hotel is lovely and has had a huge refurb - it’s amazing modern style and probably now one of the best hotels in Sunny Beach. "The hotel and the entire complex appear neglected, without any maintenance for the past decade, resulting in a deplorable condition. Despite its size, the hotel only has two functional elevators, and there is a shortage of sunbeds. While the quality of the food and snacks was not terrible, the extensive waiting times and the absence of juices and non-alcoholic beverages made the stay extremely unsatisfactory."
