The rooms at this hotel are huge and the breakfast buffet is outstanding. It's a large property, so there are many additional amenities that can be purchased (spa services, a casino). The location was convenient to Old Town Plovdiv and the staff was friendly. The rooms were a good value.

Very nice clean and modern rooms. The breakfast was very nice and there was plenty of choice. We had a nice view of the river from our room and the hotel is a walkable distance to the old town. Overall it was a great stay and I would return.

Hotel was excellent, although slightly far from the Old Town in very hot weather. Food was excellent, both breakfast and in Cafe Vienna. The swimming pool and jacuzzi etc were great but unfortunately there was a charge of about £7 to use each time! I think that it should be included for hotel guests.

Enjoyed our stay, only issue was you needed swim cap to use pool or hot tub. The sold for $6 Bulgarian dollars. We ended up not having time to swim anyways.

A fair option for short stay In Plovdiv

Hotel is well located, offering free parking for the guests, in a secure place (underground) but all other facilities are under payment (spa entrance, etc). Breakfast is fair . You find many shops in the building (hairdresser, HAPPY (chain) restaurant , etc). Casino is also in the building. Rooms are outdated and needs renovation and some technical supervision as some things needs to be fixed (it makes sense for such a big and old building). A fair option for short stay In Plovdiv.

Hotel is in a very good location, close to old town and next to river, have a free underground car park. İ didn't have time to go to casino so i can't comment on that side however hotel is a bit old and furnitures got old. There was a strange smell in the room. I slept with window open. Apart from that i don't have a complain.

We had a great stay at the hotel. It is at the entrance of the main pedestrian strip, 10 minutes walking from the old town, next to an excellent restaurant. Despite its size and the fact that the hotel was hosting a few business meetings at the time, in addition to having a casino, the hotel was quiet, and everything worked with precision.

A nice corner of Plovdiv…love it❤️

Excellent location, really friendly staff, multiple things to do on-site including bowling. It’s really grand, love the decor but the lobby could do with a bit more light, a little dark but good ambience at night. Small issue for me, you have to pay to use the pool @BGN40 (approx £20) 😳per person per day. It’s my second visit, I will use it again.
