「This is the most beautiful old hotel right in the old city. I had a little trouble finding it as you have to pass through the barriers to get access to the old city. Looking at Google maps, I mistakenly thought access was on the main road. Hristo, the owner, had registered my car details so I was waved through the barrier with no problem. I arrived 15 minutes after the receptionist was supposed to leave but she waited for me. They've gone to a lot of effort to reflect the character of the old...

「Absolutely wonderful hotel. Morden, a lot of natural light, very good restaurant right next to the hotel. Breakfast is fantastic. Stuff is nice, respectful and helpful. Beds are comfy, mattress are firm. This hotel is truly great!」

「Booked 2 nights as husband had a stroke and was nearby in hospital. Picture of hotel was good and room said mini bar for use and essentials. Arrived to a building site, hotel was in a building zone and it was horrendous. If we wanted breakfast it would be impossible as there was no restaurant just a hole with concrete posts and no roof. We asked if we could get refreshments as travelling all day to be told there’s a 20 minute walk with a baby through the building site. There was no mini bar just...

「国際会議出席のためプロブディフに３泊しました。 会議場のホテルに泊まるのも芸がないので、旧市街のこのホテルの「スタジオ」に泊まりましたが正解でした。古い街並みを抜けての通勤は、毎日楽しかった。 旧市街のど真ん中にあって静かなロケーション。テラスから見下ろす街の風景は異国情緒満点です。 オーナーのおじさんはマフィアのボスみたいな風体で、愛想が良いとは言えませんが、根は優しそう。英語も通じます。 朝食は８時からとのことでしたが、会議の開始に間に合わないので交渉したら７時５０分に変更してくれました。街を見下ろしながらレストランのテラスで食べる朝食はなかなかオツでした。 五つ星ホテル並みのサービスを期待する人には不向きでしょうが、オーナーの無愛想さや多少の設備の古さも楽しめてしまう人にはおすすめです。 旧市街は石畳の坂道なので、スーツケースをゴロゴロ引っ張っていくのは大変です。駅からタクシーを使うのがいいでしょう。宿〜駅は３Lv(200円くらい)でした。 近くに遺跡や古代劇場、博物館もあって観光にも打ってつけ。 街灯もちゃんとあるので、夜に出歩いても心配はありません。」
