「Well this hotel was 5 stars probably in the 90’s as of now it’s two and a half stars in my opinion. The rooms are old and need a remodeling, the fitness center is terrible, I have never seen such a bad and old gym.After I used the equipment, my t-shirt and shorts were covered in rust!! The food in the buffet was almost the same every day and the taste I don’t even want to go there.Only good thing about this place was the location.」

「Loved the rooms, staff, cleanliness of the hotel, but unfortunately roof terrace was being upgraded so unable to use, which was a shame. Also the three bars/ resteraunts within 50 yards of hotel, were excellent for food and drink. Forgot to mention breakfast in hotel was very nice. All in all an enjoyable stay」

「Het restaurant was helaas niet open. Wel kan je lekker van de infinity pool gebruik maken maar helaas niks aan het zwembad bestellen vanwege het restaurant dat niet open is. Verder is het een klein loopje naar het strand, 2 trappen af. De beschikbare ligbedjes waren helaas allemaal bezet waardoor we ze moesten betalen van de aangelegen strandtent. Een klein gedeelte van de ligbedjes op de foto is van Aqua View / Appartments. Verderop op 5min lopen zit een klein beachwinkeltje waar je o.a....

「It’s a beautiful grand property- food is good and service is very good. Beach is close. We enjoyed everything and the staff was very friendly. We had an issue w air conditioning but it was promptly fixed.」

「Meget fint hotel, men reception personalet i dagtid var ikke særlig hjælpsomme, eller gode til at give informationer. Vi fandt først ud af at der var en pool med rutsjebaner bag Polen på 3 sal, da 3 da vi snakkede med receptionisten om aftenen.. Maden var ikke 5 stjerner overhovedet, udvalget var lille og man skulle stå og vente på de kom ud med noget, hvis man skulle nå at få noget.. morgenmad var det samme, han lavede 10 pandekager af gangen, det tog ca. 10min, men så tog den første i køen...

「This hotel pretty kind, simple, charming and well according the prices. People are friendly and responsible. I like the location of this hotel because it's not too close to the beach. It's located between the wood and residential zone. However, everyday bus delivered guests of our hotel to the beach at 10.30 and return them back at 15.00 for free. 「Sehr schönes Hotel. Die einfache aber sehr zweckmäßig Einrichtung der Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden und werden persönlich geregelt. Besonders gut hat uns das Frühstück und das Abendessen gefallen. Der Service war hervorragend. Die Getränke an der Bar waren preisgünstig und ein Weinglas war auch normal gefüllt mit einem Viertelliter.」

「The staff and management do not have basic customer skills. I have tried to call the hotel in advance to warn them that we will be late, but somebody opened the line without responding and left the line opened for the next 90 min. Although we had All Inclusive reservation, we were left hungry, without dinner. The staff refused to acknowledge that we have All Inclusive and in the morning the manageress did not acknowledge our Expedia receipt which clearly states All Inclusive. The Expedia...

「It says all inclusive but don’t let it fool you. I knew that this place was joke when we arrived. It felt like none of the workers didn’t have slightest clue how to work in hotel. For example our passports were left unattended on counter while we took our stuff to the room. Room AC didn’t work. I also didn’t like our balcony was shared with other room. Drinks were the biggest joke. Soft drinks were completely passed, warm, disqusting. There were 3 taps of beer: one at pool bar, one at restaurant...
