I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years and haven’t been let down. Everything from check in to check out has been great- friendly stuff, generous breakfast, room condition e.t.c. The restaurant downstairs is awesome. And, last but not least, location. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city at a walking distance to tourist attractions and government offices.

Great Stay

A very good well presented hotel in a great location for the city attractions, bars and restaurants. The hotel was comfortable with huge bedrooms, great shower room, temperature control and wi-fi. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot or cold. The staff were very attentive and helpful, would recommend.

Well, the name is right, it is a "grand" and stately hotel. The rooms are enormous. Everything worked well and the staff were helpful. The location is central and very convenient for exploring Sofia on foot.
