「I stay in a one bed apartment and was thankful for the air-conditioning as it was hot outside. Plenty of room for one person and there was a view of the mountain from the windows. I had to buy some microwave cookware as there was no specific items of that kind in the apartment but that was the only thing that let the place down. 」

「Resepsiyondan itibaren başlayan ilgisiz ve asık suratlı karşılama tüm çalışanlarda açıkça görülüyor. Oda gayet pis. Luxury oda hariç balkon yok. Yataklar ve örtüler eski. Dekor berbat. Konum olarak da gondolaya uzak kalıyor. Yürüyerek ulaşım çok uzak, araç kullanmak gerekiyor. Tüm bunlar eklenince rezervasyon 4 gün olmasına rağmen sadece 1 gece kalıp ayrıldık. 」

「1. There is no free parking. The hotel charges for park the guests cars, more than any public parking on area. 2. The S. P. A. is poor. Virtualy no exist. There is a pool with standard warm water, and a little jacuzzi up to 4 people. Not hot pool water. There is a little turkish hammam, but is for private use. And are 2 little saunas: one wet and one dry that are O. K. Also a bath with very cold water. Thats all. 3. The gym is O. K. 4.We asked for second key to our room. The receptionist said...

「Very nice hotel, very friendly people, nice spa facilities, average breakfast. They offerred bus to take us to the ski gondola for free and they even offered to take us after working hours. Enjoyed our stay as they upgraded us to a family appartment. Only issue is that the WIFI was not working well in the room. Big parking space near the hotel.」

「The hotel was a long way from the ski slope, the room was dirty and uncomfortable. The sofa bed option was unsleepable, with the ridges from the sofa digging into your back. Had to ask for a second mattress to improve it. The cleaning services were poor. The cleaners only changed the towels and bins. The food selection was abysmal. If you like chips then you are fine, otherwise you get the option of dry chicken or pork casserole every night.」
