Room temperature a bit high for our liking but the window could be opened a bit to cool things down. Why do hotels not think about putting a night light in the room for mid-overnight treks to the bathroom? Staff mostly helpful and friendly but we did encounter one or two gruffs. "

"Hotel is large and has good amenities. Very nice pool and services. The play area was brilliant. The family room could be a little bigger, have space to store clothes, and I personally don't like the square pillows they use, otherwise it was lovely and we enjoyed our time there. "
