Comparing to other options, I liked the location being near the attractions in Nice. The room was not so good. I had hard time finding it and it was really hard to get a parking nearby and get to the location.

The property is very close to the tramway and the main street of Nice. It was very clean and well appointed. The property itself opens on to a pedestrian street ligned with eateries. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The rooms make you feel you live in the city. It is close to the trams, restaurants, and shops so it is not difficult to find activities to fill your day and night. The reception is very helpful and nice, although I hope they are open 24 hours. The breakfast spread is wonderful. You may need to look carefully where the place is because the hotel sign can be easily missed.

Fantastic stay and super friendly reception staff always willing to help. The hotel is so close to all the shops and also the old town. 7 min walk and easy from Jean medicine tram. No need for a taxi.

I recommend this apartment hotel. It is located in a convienient place to eat out and walk to Massena platz . Reception is kind and helpful.
