"Great location right off the Royal Mile and close to tons of shops, restaurants, and landmarks. Tesco is right around the corner which is also convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, which check in and out taking only a few minutes. Our only complaint was that the Wi-Fi connection is extremely spotty, but other than that a good place for the money. "

"It served our needs. We got a good nights rest and the beds were very comfortable. Wish there was better parking but we made do. Signage was hard to locate as the sign was in green and writing in gold and hard to see. Maybe sign needed to be bigger or backlit too. We will be staying here again in a week so now we will know where it is! "

We had been on vacation for 11 days at this point and stayed in many different locations and we all stated to one another we would have just stayed at this location the whole time. It's perfect. Room was downstairs so no windows, but was clean and a nice place to stay in. Private bathroom wasn’t en suite which wasn’t an issue, but I feel like this could have been made clearer when booking.
