Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here. Was exactly as described. Staff was very courteous and helpful (the hotel as well as the coffee shop). Location is great ...15 min or so walk to the beach, but close to alot of restaurants on 10th, 5th, etc. Great for solo travelers and couples.

The room was clean and comfortable. Also throughout the whole entire hotel, very clean, staff very nice very attentive one of the servers Mosarat and her partner. Laura were very nice to us. Very polite always knowing what we want. We have to say it was a great experience.

This is an old-fashioned motel with the doors to your room opening outside, although there is a security fence. There’s not even a security chain on the door. Although the area didn’t feel unsafe, a bit more security in Mexico would’ve been appreciated. There is no breakfast served. Overall, not a great experience.

We had a nice time there. The room got cleaned every day. WiFi was great. Very closed for shopping. 15 min to the beach if you are walking. I would stay there again

It was my 4th time staying at this hotel. It has all the basics to go around the city walking and nearby you can locate multiple local food options, markets and pharmacy There is a school in front so it is quite safe

This hotel had excellent wifi and was in the heart of the city. It took 15 minutes to walk to the beach and the Walmart was 2 blocks away. Aesthetically it’s quite brutalist but the staff are lovely.

12 Bees is a good hotel centrally located in PDC. The service is very good. It is clean and comfortable. Then staff is professional and always helps. Mega Soriana and Walmart nearby

Better than a 10

I have stayed several times, and though my Spanish is very limited, The front desk always accommodated me with Grace and professionally. The location is fine. It is near the big mega store, And several good restaurants and a row of food carts that are fantastic.

The place is clean and seems safe. Short walk to 5th Avenue, convenient. One of the showers did not work, but they fixed right away. We stayed 1 week, on the third day they forgot to clean our room, next morning I mentioned it, we were out all day, when we came back room was still not clean. They did it the next day. Overall, the hotel is clean. We liked the food at the restaurant , good food, good prices.
