「The a/c and automatic toilet did not work, and we had to move rooms. All worked then. Restaurant service was terrible. A 30 minute meal turned into over an hour and a half, as there were not enough staff to serve. To top it all, the French fries served were over cooked, short of being burned. They said they would replace them, but it took so long that we decided to just leave. They did remove the French fries from our bill. But, to pay the bill was another long, long wait.」

「The room was clean and large. But it was difficult and confusing to locate the bus. The sign should be large. So that international travellers like us feel more comfortable. 」
