「Location was a bit hard to find at first, especially since we are not Italian and were driving ourselves, but we got it. Parking was a little challenging but we were able to get a spot on the street not too far away. The apartment was very clean and had what we needed for our 2 night stay. Communication with them about our arrival time, travel documents, and after hour check in access was all done in WhatsApp with quick responses from them. 「The staff were incredibly helpful and supportive with our stay. Anything we needed, they were onto it right away. Everything is a 10-15 minute walk away that you need for shopping, eating and spots around Florence to see. I do not think the price will stay the same for very long.. But we will stay here again 1000% if we are ever back in Florence!」

「部屋は非常に清潔でかなり広いです。 他の方のコメントでベッドの寝心地が悪いと書かれている方が多くいますが気になりませんでした。オーナーも非常親切です。 ただ立地は駅からやや遠いためトラムを使うことをおすすめします。 また、キッチンの使用は宿泊料金に含まれないため注意が必要です。スーツケースなどの荷物預かりはチェックイン前は無料ですが、チェックアウト後は一つ10€とやや高額です。」
