We appreciated the small elevator. At night, it was a bit loud from street traffic, however the Host supplied ear plugs which helped. The location was fantastic, as just a short walk to nearly everything. They even had the pull out couch pulled out and made up very nicely. A very comfortable mattress and super linens and towels too. We highly recommend this Host and property!

The property was very clean with everything we needed for a short stay. The location is excellent putting you in easy reach of all the sights and all within a 20 min walk. I would highly recommend.

Loved this place - a real gem. Once you figure out the codes to the building and location of everything - you are set. They are really good with communicating with WhatsApp and AI bot is perfect. The only issue is 6 floors of older elevator but once you figure that out you are good. The location is perfect.

Fantastic location, just along from the Ponte Vecciho bridge. Really good area, less touristy than the other side. The room is spacious and has a beautiful large balcony with a nice view. Recommend

Very impressed with the communication! One night, other guests were talking loud outside when it was already past 10:30 pm. I messaged Bob (it turned out to be his AI sidekick), the bot let the local stuff know and the noise stopped 5-8 minutes later. We were able to get a good night sleep! The place is in the middle of everything- shops, restaurants, and museums. About 15 minutes to the train station by walking. We also appreciated the in-unit wash machine so we have clean clothes when we left. It has a kitchen, refrigerator, and stove. The management is very thoughtful by providing international adaptors. Overall, highly recommend!

This property had a few things going for and a few things needing attention. So the location is great, close to everything but just outside the tourist zone so not chaotic. The balcony is large and on a courtyard so pretty calm place to have a glass of wine, no view though. The vendor relies on AI to much, so when we had a problem with the A/C I had to fix it on my own. AI works for checking in but not for problem solving. I think they need a live contact option. Also the space was under utilized with just a tiny table and 2 uncomfortable small chairs in a pretty big living area. There was plenty of room for either a small couch and coffee table or a larger kitchen table with comfortable chairs. So overall just an Ok rating.
