「Great place to stay, right in the heart of Florence. The hotel manager was wonderful and very accommodating/helpful with all requests. I would definitely stay there again.」

「I had some trouble figuring out how to enter the property at first, but the host’s support was excellent. They kindly kept my luggage even after check-out so I could continue sightseeing. I also enjoyed lunch nearby, and the location was very convenient for visiting tourist spots. There was a Carrefour Express close by, which was very useful. There were some mosquitoes, but overall the great hospitality and convenience more than made up for it.」

「Magical stay in the Imperial Suite. Spacious rooms with beautiful, whimsical decor. I lived for relaxing on the little balcony overlooking Pitti Palace in the long light of the sun with my morning coffee or pre-dinner wine. Great people watching from that vantage point and so peaceful. (Note: I believe this is the only room with a balcony.) The staff was gracious, helpful and kind.
