「This place. My husband and I went on an 8-night road trip down the Pacific Coast Highway (both 101 and 1) and stayed at a different hotel every night, as we were not in the same city/town for more than a day. This was most definitely my favorite pick out of any of the places we stayed! The staff was very friendly when we checked in. The hotel was very clean and updated. Our room was great, from the bed to the soaker tub, to the shower. But what really sealed this as my top pick for the trip was...

「All the staff we very pleasant and accommodating, room very clean. We like the smoked salmon chowder& warm cookies each evening, and breakfast in the morning. Love the elevator, have stayed here many times.」

「The room was beautiful & clean. All staff were polite, helpful & generous with information on Newport, Oregon. The amenities were over the top with coffee…several flavors, hot chocolate clam chowder and cookies. The view from the rooms is stunning. I would highly recommend the Elizabeth oceanfront suites it doesn’t get better than this beautiful hotel.」

「My stay and room were amazing. I wished I booked more than one night. I had a space to read while watching the storm, separate from my sleeping area. The only downside was being next to the elevator but once everyone was settled for the night it was quiet. I would definitely stay again, hopefully the pool is up and running by then. 」

「This is definitely an older establishment but you just can't beat the amazing view! The appliancesay be old, but the bed is comfy, the shower is hot and the staff is friendly. And you aren't going to find a better price for such an amazing view. If you are looking for a 5 (or even 4 star) luxury hotel... This is not it. But if you are looking for a nostalgic place with everything you need for a relaxing stay with a beautiful view. You can't go wrong.」
