I stayed at this motel in Lincoln City, Oregon, and overall I did not feel it was worth the price. One of the biggest disappointments was the pool and hot tub. The property advertises a pool, but the pool was cold and clearly not heated. After looking into it and speaking with the front desk, it seemed the pool heater was not working properly. The hot tub was even worse — it was full of foam and appeared dirty and poorly maintained. After only putting my leg in, I felt like I needed to shower immediately. It was honestly disgusting. The water also did not seem to be filtering properly. What made this especially frustrating is that I was in town to see my mom, who is dying, so I did not have the time or energy to deal with requesting a refund during my stay. I will say the staff was cool about being pet-friendly, which I appreciated, but the pet fee was $65 per pet, which feels excessive for a property in this condition. The motel was in no better shape than a Motel 6, yet it charges more, so to me it just was not worth the cost. Breakfast was okay, just a pretty standard basic motel breakfast. Overall, I was disappointed. Between the dirty hot tub, cold pool, high pet fees, and the overall condition of the property, I would not stay here

Gross hotel, disgusting stairwell that hadn’t been vacuumed in quite some time. Could hear people above us loudly “having fun”…. pretty rough experience. Won’t stay there again.

The room itself was clean, which was a bonus. Our room had two TV remotes, which was a bit odd—one was used to turn the TV on/off and control the volume, while the other was used for the guide. Each bed only had two pillows. When I asked if we could get a couple more, the gentleman at the front desk said there were no extra pillows in the hotel, which seemed strange. The beds were very soft, and the bed frame felt somewhat unstable. The toilet did not flush properly and seemed like it could overflow at any moment. The staff were friendly and seemed to be as helpful as they could be. That said, I do wish they had been dressed a bit more professionally. At check-in, the gentleman at the front desk warned us that the pool, which is normally heated, was not heated at the time, but the hot tub was still working. When we got into the hot tub, we noticed a lot of foam on top of the water and it smelled extremely strong of chemicals. One person sitting in the hot tub even said, “I hope I don’t get a chemical burn from this.” While that comment might have sounded dramatic, it honestly didn’t feel far-fetched. Our clothes smelled so strongly of chlorine afterward that we couldn’t get the smell out of them or off our skin. As mentioned at check-in, the pool was not heated and was extremely cold—very, very cold. The front door to the hotel also appeared to be broken, which left the lobby freezing. I also never saw the “terrace” that’s pictured online, nor were we told where it was

Staff was nice, easy check in and check out. Okay for the price but room was not very clean. Literally chunks of something, other stuff on the floor. Definitely didn't clean the floors but I don't think they even vacuumed/swept. That grossed me out so I didn't want to take my shoes off at all unless lying in bed. Also, lotion dispenser had something else in it, soap, shampoo, not sure but definitely not soap. For the price I would probably stay again because it was one of the cheapest but just know what you are getting.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was great except the elevator broke within 5 minutes of us arriving. It wasn’t fixed by the time we checked out. 3 flights of stairs was fine for us but we saw elderly people struggling to get up and down. Overall, it was nice and we’d stay here again.

The property is super cheap to stay at. But there definitely were things that would make me spend a few bucks more and get a better quality experience. And forget about the swimming pool, it’s insanely ice cold you could potentially actually die by jumping in that thing if you didn’t know any better.

It was fresh and clean. No problems other than there were ants in the sink this morning. Staff was great! Breakfast very good. Pool was not heated bu very clean and hot tub was perfect!

The room was filthy and bed was broken down. The floors especially around and under the bed, which was visible because the covers didn’t reach below the mattress, looked like they’d never been vacuumed. The box springs material under the bed were torn and falling on the filthy floor. There were huge clumps of what looked like animal fur and dust bunnies. The counters and soap dispenser tops were thick with dust. The drawers were full of food crumbs and dried out cooked rice. I have photos because I’ve never been in such a filthy hotel. My room key cards stopped working every day, so when I returned to the room at night I had to get new card keys. The elevator was not working the entire stay, fortunately since I have bad hips, one recently replaced, they gave me a room on the first floor. The staff were nice which is why I gave the hotel 2 stars.

Room was ok. bed was soft a lumpy and LVP flooring was lifting and needs to be replaced. Also there was something on the floor my shoes were tacky from. Used the hot tub. There was blue flecks floating from the pool surround and a pile of dirt (dead skin?) On the tub floor after the bubbles stopped. A good cleaning is needed. The good, accommodated an early check in. Offered plenty of option for a free breakfast. Staff was friendly. Convenient location.

The staff was good and the gentleman with the hat that was working last night was extremely helpful! Thank you!! I wish I knew your name. The door to the room didn't shut without force. The bathroom light didn't work. The floors were dirty. The tissue cover box was rusty. Breakfast could have been better with more options. The water pressure was low. I will have to say that they had an issue with the elevator and took the time to call and inform us. Very professional!

The room wasn’t cleaned properly. I cut my foot on glass on the floor. I asked them to clean the room again and he used a swiffer where the glass was….. new towels with no washcloths or hand towels.
